We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the Solar Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and networking.
- Meet potential clients and explain solar solutions, benefits, and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for proposal submissions.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports regularly.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Solar PV Systems and Renewable Energy solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B & B2C sales processes.
- Ability to handle client meetings and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of solar project costing and proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
