- Strong Scripting and Programming Expertise: Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining scalable performance test frameworks using Java and Groovy.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to design reusable libraries, custom samplers, data generators, correlation modules and automation utilities to support complex workload simulations, identify bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis
Cloud Performance Testing & Observability: Cloud Proficient in leveraging Azure Load Testing, CloudWatch, Grafana, Azure Monitor and Application Insights for workload generation, real-time observability, performance trending, capacity planning and Chaos Engineering practices.
- Proficiency in Non-Functional Requirements such as Performance Engineering: Expertise in tools such as JMeter, K6, NeoLoad or LoadRunner for Workload Modeling, Performance Benchmarking, Capacity planning and Resilience validation.
- Hands on Experience on APM Tools: Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace and New Relic for end-to-end application performance monitoring, transaction tracing, bottleneck identification and proactive performance optimization across distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Providing Technical Guidance to project team: Should offer guidance on NFR analysis, workload modelling, performance engineering techniques, solving scripting issues etc
