Personal Assistant to the CEO – Accounts & Finance

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support in finance, accounting, and administrative operations while working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company and Director's bookkeeping, financial records, and expense tracking.
- Oversee company finances, payments, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance with consultants.
- Prepare client invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and management summaries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage schedules, documentation, and confidential business and personal information.
- Assist the Director with day-to-day operational, financial, and administrative tasks.
- Travel with the Director for business meetings, events, and official assignments as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, Payroll, Financial Reporting, and Finance Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software (Tally, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Finance & Accounts professional will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates residing near the office location will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively with the Director for business purposes is mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per business requirements.
- Ability to work independently with senior leadership and handle confidential matters.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
