About the Role
Web Glaze Services is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with clients, maintaining sales records, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach toward sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with customers regarding products and services.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM and Excel sheets.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, invoices, and other sales documents.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination will be an added advantage.
