About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to build and manage Enreap's marketing operating system. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Data, Technology, and Automation, enabling Demand Generation and Central Marketing through scalable processes, reliable data, insightful reporting, and an optimized marketing technology stack. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Manage and optimize Enreap's marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integrations, user adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Build and improve marketing workflows using automation platforms and AI tools to eliminate manual effort and improve productivity.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to support business growth.
CRM, Database & ABM Operations
- Own the end-to-end health of the marketing database, including data quality, governance, enrichment, deduplication, segmentation, and compliance.
- Perform data mining to identify target accounts, buying committees, whitespace opportunities, and campaign audiences.
- Build and maintain databases for Account-Based Marketing (ABM), regional campaigns, webinars, events, and Demand Generation initiatives.
- Manage lead routing, lead assignment, lead lifecycle, and SLA adherence across all markets.
Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain dashboards for funnel performance, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, channel performance, database health, CAC, LTV/CLV, and other marketing KPIs.
- Consolidate marketing performance data across Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, and regional teams into weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Own Marketing Business Review (MBR), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), leadership dashboards, forecasting support, and executive reporting.
- Analyze historical campaign and customer data to identify trends, optimize future campaigns, improve marketing investments, and support strategic decision-making.
Campaign & Marketing Operations
- Support campaign execution by preparing audience lists, campaign databases, event invite lists, registration tracking, and follow-up workflows.
- Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate across all marketing channels.
- Maintain campaign documentation, SOPs, and operational best practices. Jira, Reporting & Process Excellence
- Use Jira as the marketing system of record for workflow management, reporting, dashboards, and operational tracking.
- Develop dashboards, filters, and reports using JQL (Jira Query Language).
- Build and maintain standardized marketing processes, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Central Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Practice Heads,Leadership, and OEM partners to support campaigns, reporting, planning, and business reviews.
- Train internal teams on CRM hygiene, marketing data standards, and operational best practices.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, CRM, or Marketing Technology within a B2B IT Services, SaaS, or Enterprise Technology organization.
- Strong understanding of CRM, lead lifecycle management, marketing automation, ABM, marketing analytics, and campaign operations.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and marketing insights for business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar) and AI productivity platforms is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Jira and JQL will be a strong advantage.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
