The role involves creating product listings, managing customer orders, maintaining inventory records, and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities Create and upload product listings on eBay and Etsy Write product titles, descriptions, and item specifications Upload and organize product images Manage customer orders and update shipment details Monitor inventory and stock availability Respond to customer messages and inquiries Handle returns, cancellations, and order-related issues Maintain accurate records using Excel or Google Sheets Ensure listings are accurate and updated regularly Assist with marketplace promotions and store management Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply Basic computer knowledge and internet skills Good English reading and writing skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets Ability to work in a team environment Responsible and organized work approach Preferred Skills Knowledge of eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or other eCommerce platforms Basic image editing skills Experience in data entry or online marketplace work Working Details Full-Time Office Job Working Days: Monday to Saturday Training will be provided to suitable candidates
