Job Title: Regulatory Affairs (RA) – Artwork Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented RA Artwork Executive with at least 1 year of experience in regulatory artwork and packaging compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of product labeling and packaging materials as per regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and finalize packaging artwork (labels, cartons, leaflets) in line with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines such as FSSAI, CDSCO, and other regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Marketing teams for artwork approvals and changes.
- Proofread and verify artwork content including composition, dosage, batch details, warnings, and claims.
- Maintain proper documentation, version control, and archival of artwork files.
- Handle artwork change control and update processes based on regulatory amendments.
- Support regulatory submissions related to packaging and labeling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RA Artwork (Pharma/Nutraceutical).
- Good understanding of labeling and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of artwork/design tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in pharma or nutraceutical industry.
- Familiarity with packaging material approval workflows.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary:
As per industry standards / Based on interview
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
