Role & responsibilities
Pre-Sales:
- Lead and manage the pre-sales team to ensure timely response to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Develop and implement lead qualification frameworks to identify high-intent buyers and allocate to appropriate sales verticals.
- Work closely with digital and offline marketing teams to drive conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor key KPIs: lead-to-site visit ratio, site visit-to-booking ratio, and overall pre-sales efficiency.
- Reporting: Publishing daily, weekly, monthly reports to the relevant stake holders. Efficiently use salesforce CRM to track and optimize team performance.
- Collaborate with the CRM and tech teams to automate and enhance the lead nurturing journey.
- Ensure brand-aligned communication and high-quality customer interactions at every touchpoint.
- Training pre-sales team includes both project training & soft skills. Solve customer queries.
- Call barging - timely feedback
- Mentoring and training the new and existing team mates on timely basis.
Loyalty & Relationship Management:
- Execute loyalty strategy tailored for Clients.
- Execute personalized engagement programs, exclusive events, and appreciation initiatives to enhance post-sale relationships along with marketing team.
- Work closely with CRM and marketing to track customer satisfaction, referral trends, and lifetime value metrics.
- Create and manage referral and repeat purchase programs.
- Build alliances with premium lifestyle, hospitality, and service brands for co-branded loyalty offerings.
- Create an annual calendar for loyalty events, take approvals and execute with help of sales & marketing team.
- Make sure personalized festive greetings, birthday wishes are going to Loyalty customers
- Manage customer, employee & vendor loyalty programmes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate in pre-sales and out of which 2 years should be in leading presales team.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Buildesk, Sell.do.) and customer engagement tools
