We manufacture SHIKON range of healthcare & medical devices namely Therapeutic Walker Massager, Digital Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor, Non-Contact Forehead Infrared Thermometer, Fingertip Pulse Oximeter, Digital Thermometer & Compressor Nebulizer with more products to be added soon.
We are expanding our base in India and are looking for dynamic marketing personnel who can help us to achieve our mission & goal to establish our product in several parts of the country.
Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible to establish the primary sales in Bangalore and other major towns of Karnatka by appointing stockist / distributor for Healthcare & Medical Devices manufactured by us in the alloted territory, This apart, he will build a sales force to assist and develop the secondary sales in retail and other segments. The candidate should be an avid traveller and possess sound knowledge of the operating territory. He/she will be reporting directly to the Marketing Head of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Appoint Stockist/ Distributor in allotted territory independently.
- Close liaison with existing Stockist to fulfill sales target.
- Prepare Business plan in consultation with H.O. for effective implementation.
- Setting & Achieving the Sales targets with regular visits & tours.
- Team building experience.
- Good communication & time management skills.
- Ability to create and maintain business networks/relationships.
