- Manage daily accounting activities at the construction site, including cash, bank, and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare and maintain project-wise accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
- Process vendor, subcontractor, and supplier bills and ensure timely payments.
- Handle payroll, attendance records, and statutory deductions for site staff and labor.
- Coordinate with the head office for financial reporting, audits, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly expense statements, and project cost report
- Support procurement and inventory accounting activities as required.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in construction/project accounting and site finance management.
Skills: Accounting, budgeting, cost control, GST/TDS compliance, payroll management, ERP/Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
