About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating engaging, high-quality video content and be comfortable working with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
You will be responsible for editing videos from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring that the content is visually engaging, polished, and aligned with the required style and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Work with raw footage, select the best shots, and create engaging edits.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, music, and other elements where required.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
- Maintain consistency in editing style, pacing, branding, and overall video quality.
- Collaborate with the creative/content team and implement feedback efficiently.
- Organize project files, footage, assets, and exports properly.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Good hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, storytelling, transitions, audio, and visual composition.
- Good sense of what makes content engaging for social media audiences.
- Ability to understand creative direction and execute feedback quickly.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must have your own laptop capable of handling professional video editing.
- Previous experience in social media content, YouTube, reels/shorts, or digital media is preferred.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, primarily work from home. Candidates are expected to work from the office, with occasional On-site depending on the work requirements.
Salary & Growth
Starting Salary: ₹15,000/month
There is a clear opportunity for salary growth based on performance. After approximately 2–3 months, the salary may be increased by 20–30% for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, consistency, quality of work, and reliability.
