Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote CAD, CAM, and design technology courses. The candidate will be responsible for converting prospects into admissions, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and explain CAD, CAM, and CAE courses to prospective students
Convert leads into admissions by highlighting course benefits and career opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients
Conduct follow-ups with interested candidates to close sales
Plan and execute marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, and campaigns
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (Tamil & English)
Excellent convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Qualification:
Any degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Engineering)
Experience:
0–3 years in sales / marketing / education sector
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
