Key Responsibilities:
> Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for early learners
> Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons following child-centric methodologies
> Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities
> Utilize innovative teaching aids, storytelling, music, and play-based learning techniques
> Maintain records of students’ progress and communicate with parents regularly
> Ensure a safe and nurturing classroom environment
> Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the curriculum and learning experience
Requirements:
✔ Qualifications: B.Ed / PPTC / NTT (Preferred)
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pre-primary teaching
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
✔ Ability to connect with young children and make learning fun
