We are looking for an Associate Architect – C#.Net and WPF.
The Associate Architect will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable desktop or enterprise applications using C#/.NET/WPF. The role should combine architecture ownership with hands-on development, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with product and QA teams.
Experience:

8 to 11 years of overall software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and WPF.

Prior experience in technical leadership, solution design, or module ownership is preferred.

Design and develop application components using C#, .NET, and WPF.

Define technical architecture and contribute to design decisions for new features and enhancements.

Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.

Review code and guide developers on design patterns, best practices, and quality standards.

Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and support production fixes.

Mentor team members and support technical knowledge sharing.

Strong hands-on experience in WPF desktop application development.

Good knowledge of OOP, design patterns, MVVM, and multithreading.
