About I-Mart:
I-Mart is a retail mart based in Jainagar, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarkhand, looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping using Tally
- Handle sales and purchase records accurately and on time
- Manage bills, invoices, and payment tracking
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers and accounts
- Prepare and manage GST filings and tax-related documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for financial transactions
- Generate monthly financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or similar industry
- Proficient in Tally ERP
- Good knowledge of GST, sales tax, and purchase accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
