Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, issue room keys, and ensure a welcoming first impression.
- Reservations & Billing: Answer calls, manage online and phone bookings, prepare invoices, and process cash and credit card payments.
- Communication: Answer inquiries about hotel facilities, room rates, local attractions, and transportation.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared on time for incoming arrivals
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Property Management Systems and excel) and basic office applications.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
