- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Needs Assessment: Evaluate customer requirements and demonstrate how your company’s products or services can solve their specific pain points.
- Negotiation & Closing: Draft proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize sales to meet revenue targets.
- Account Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling and repeat business.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue metrics in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). [1, 2, 3, 4]
