Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Control Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or IVD manufacturing. The role involves QC testing, laboratory documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform QC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct rapid diagnostic kit (lateral flow assay) and biochemistry testing.
- Maintain QC records, reports, COAs, and laboratory documentation.
- Assist in handling OOS results, deviations, CAPA, and audit activities.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and R&D teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QC, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or IVD industry.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in QC laboratory activities and documentation.
- Basic understanding of rapid diagnostic kits, biochemistry testing, and analytical methods.
- Knowledge of ELISA and other laboratory testing techniques.
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), GMP, and laboratory quality systems.
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and medical device quality requirements will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, in the future.
