Business Development Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Brigade Banaglore
Experience: 0–2 years (Real Estate / Sales preferred / Insurance / Hotel Background )

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients from the company database and other sources.
- Handle client inquiries and explain property details, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to close deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory (for client site visits).
- Prior experience in real estate sales / business development will be an added advantage.
