Pre-Collection Executive – Job Description
Responsible for calling customers before their loan due date, reminding them about upcoming payments, confirming payment commitments, and resolving basic queries. Maintain accurate call records in CRM, follow up with customers regularly, and coordinate with the collection team. Minimum 1 year experience in payday loan collection preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
