Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and promoting a wide array of stock broking services. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone with a strong sales mind-set and a keen interest in the capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Promote Vachana’s range of investment offerings
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for revenue and client on boarding
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service
Educate clients on market trends, trading opportunities, and portfolio strategies
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Preference will be given to candidates with a valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification.
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
✔️ Good understanding and Knowledge of capital markets and investor needs
✔️ Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
✔️Two wheeler mandatory
