We're Hiring "Payroll Specialist"
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Salary: Up to 4.0 LPA
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Day Shifts, 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage payroll records and maintain payroll matrices.
- Handle payroll for 100–200 employees and ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare and file monthly PF and ESIC returns.
- Perform PF calculations, including higher PF/maximum PF calculations.
- Process Gratuity, Bonus, Full & Final Settlement, and other statutory benefits.
- Address employee statutory grievances related to PF, ESIC, payroll, and benefits.
- Support POSH-related compliance activities and employee awareness initiatives.
- Calculate and analyze attrition metrics and HR reports.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain employee data in Excel.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
