Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our real estate sales function. The incumbent will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational targets
· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and productivity
· Oversee end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the real estate sector
· Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely achievement of targets
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and lead conversion
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· Proven track record in real estate sales with consistent target achievement
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
· Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics
Preferred Profile
· Candidates with prior experience in handling sales team
· Strong network within the real estate industry
· Experience in residential/commercial property sales
