Job Discription Of Field Sales Executive
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
* Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, and retailers to promote products.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
* Coordinate with internal teams for order delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM records
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Civil preferred)
* 1–3 years of field sales experience (construction/building materials preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build relationships with clients and contractors
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Willingness to travel for field work
* Basic knowledge of products and market
* Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
