Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Executive with 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), payment follow-ups, and treasury documentation. The candidate should possess strong MS Excel skills, working knowledge of SAP (preferred), and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) processes.
- Follow up on customer payments and verify payment receipts.
- Coordinate with internal departments for treasury-related activities and documentation.
- Maintain treasury trackers, MIS reports, and payment records using MS Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of treasury documentation and transactions.
- Process treasury-related transactions and generate reports in SAP.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support reconciliation activities.
- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including tracker and MIS management.
- Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounts.
- Experience in handling LC, BG, payment collections, and treasury operations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates currently based in Gurgaon will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
