Development Manager – Retail Agency Channel
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and build a team of Life Mitras (Insurance Advisors).
* Train, mentor, and motivate advisors on SBI Life products and sales techniques.
* Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
* Ensure advisor activation, productivity, and long-term retention.
* Conduct joint field calls, customer meetings, and sales presentations.
* Monitor advisor performance and provide regular coaching.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, sales quality, and regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate with branch teams for smooth business operations and business growth initiatives.
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 2–6 years of relevant sales or team management experience is generally preferred.
* Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, FMCG, telecom, or direct sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
