Lead - Welding Engineering & Metallurgy. He should have extensive experience in welding engineering and metallurgy. He should also be able to manage team and should have expertise in Welding planning, Welding execution, Process Control, Quality Assurance, Cost Control, Failure analysis, Troubleshooting and Training. He should be able to identiied and implement use of AI and IOT in operation to enahce efficiency and reduce cost. He should have ability to understand, apply, and comply with industry regulations, technical specifications, and safety guidelines. Also, He should have ability to utilize the knowledge of material properties, engineering diagnostics, quality control processes, and industry regulations to evaluate products and materials, identify deviations from acceptable standards, and implement corrective measures that ensure compliance, functionality, and performance, meeting client specifications and maintaining project integrity.
