About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior SEO Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, leadership qualities, and the capability to manage a team while delivering measurable SEO results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website structure, content, metadata, and landing pages for improved search rankings.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Plan and execute high-quality link-building campaigns.
- Prepare SEO reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Communicate directly with domestic and international clients, understanding their business goals and providing regular project updates.
- Handle client meetings, resolve queries professionally, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to achieve monthly targets and project deadlines.
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, designers, and digital marketing teams for successful campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling and presentation skills.
- High intellectual and analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
- Screaming Frog
- Keyword Planner and other SEO tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an added advantage.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and project management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under deadlines.
