Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in and sales with field work of any , preferably in the natural architecture wall cladding or similar building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through visiting Architects, builders and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for natural architecture wall cladding or related product lines.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional activities and new product launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee order processing, delivery schedules, and payment collections through dealer channels.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely communication to management.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to sales, delivery, or dealer services.
- Travel to meet dealers, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record in the building materials industry, preferably natural architecture wall cladding, stone, tiles, paints,or similar products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in managing multi-location dealer networks.
- Knowledge of the construction and interior design market.
- Ability to develop marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing team
