Job Responsibilities
- Guide customers about gym and fitness equipment.
- Understand customer fitness requirements and suggest suitable equipment.
- Demonstrate the basic use and features of fitness equipment.
- Explain workout-related equipment and basic fitness concepts to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, references, and customer visits.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until the sale is completed.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the installation/service team when required.
- Maintain basic customer and sales records using computer.
