Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Production / Production Head to manage the complete production operations of a Gold Jewelry Manufacturing Company, with strong expertise in Gold Chain Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, setting and achieving daily/monthly targets, manpower management, production efficiency, quality control, wastage and gold loss control, and timely completion of orders.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of Gold Chain Manufacturing processes and experience in handling large production teams. The role also requires close coordination with Casting, Finishing, Quality Control, Stores, CAD/Design, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills, with a proven track record in a Gold Jewelry Manufacturing Company.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
