Creative Strategist (UGC & Meta Ads) – Remote | Part-Time
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Creative Strategist to help grow our e-commerce brand through high-performing content and UGC.
This is a remote, part-time position with flexible working hours. Your role is to research, plan, and develop content ideas that increase engagement, improve ad performance, and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Research viral trends across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Analyze competitors and identify winning ad creatives
- Develop weekly and monthly content strategies
- Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs for video content
- Plan UGC content that converts viewers into customers
- Coordinate with video editors, creators, and the Meta Ads team
- Review content performance and continuously improve creative strategies
- Maintain a library of winning ad examples and content inspiration
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or UGC marketing
- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of short-form video content
- Excellent research and storytelling skills
- Ability to think creatively while making data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads creatives
- Experience managing UGC creators or influencers
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Notion, Google Docs, or similar tools
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands
