Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance activities, office administration, and general employee relations to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with finance/accounts teams.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and facility management.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor management activities.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requirements.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics support.
- Maintain office assets and records.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and administrative support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
