Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete outlet operations including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff effectively
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability
- Ensure quality control, hygiene, and service standards
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high service satisfaction
- Control inventory, stock ordering, and wastage
- Prepare daily and monthly reports (sales, attendance, stock, etc.)
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve outlet performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in cafe or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of billing systems and basic reporting
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
