Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead project design from conceptual phases through construction administration, ensuring innovation, sustainability, and compliance with regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Technical Documentation: Produce or oversee the creation of detailed blueprints, specifications, and 3D models.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and supervise junior architects and drafting teams, providing technical guidance and reviewing their work.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- License: State-licensed architect.
- Experience: Typically 7–10+ years in the architecture industry, with proven experience in leading large-scale projects.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and modeling tools like SketchUp. Indeed +2
