Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administrative work.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents properly.
- Prepare and maintain reports, letters, invoices, and data entries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate communications.
- Assist in billing, payment follow-up, and basic accounts work.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and employees when required.
- Maintain attendance, staff records, and office registers.
- Monitor office supplies and place purchase requests when needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and smooth functioning of the office.
- Handle bank-related and government office-related works if assigned.
- Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling)
- Good communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Record maintenance and documentation skills
- Basic accounting knowledge (preferred)
- Location - Cowl Bazaar near Pozichalur
- Locality preferred - Polichalur, Pammal, Pallavaram, Gerugambakkam.
- 1 - 3 years of experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
