We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube ad campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad copies.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create effective landing pages and ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and keyword research tools.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
