Middle School English Teacher (Classes 6–8)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to teach middle school students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment that develops students’ language skills, creativity, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English language and literature for Classes 6–8 as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans using innovative teaching methods.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage creative writing, vocabulary development, and critical thinking.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
- Provide additional support to students who need improvement.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic planning.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English with B.Ed. qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (CBSE/State/ICSE preferred).
- Strong command of English grammar, literature, and communication skills.
- Experience handling middle school students is preferred.
