Silk Road Coffee Company is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic Service Associates to join our team. As a Service Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the café, dining area, and service stations.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Handle guest queries and concerns professionally and communicate customer feedback to the management team.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Support day-to-day café operations and work collaboratively with the kitchen and barista teams.
Desired Skills
- Prior experience as a Service Associate or in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2. Graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
