Job Summary:
The Human Resources Executive will support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and maintain workplace harmony.
- Employee Engagement across the imperial lifestyle
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
Payroll & Attendance:
- Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
Performance Management:
- Support appraisal and performance tracking.
Training & Engagement:
- Organize training and engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
- 1–2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR operations.
Key Competencies:
- Communication, coordination, multitasking.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced corporate setup with cross-functional interaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
