The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI-driven learning solutions, employee capability development, market trends, and general business awareness.
This role requires someone who can create modern, engaging, and performance-oriented learning programs while integrating AI tools, automation, and industry insights to enhance employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning & Development Strategy

Design and implement end-to-end Learning & Development strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify training needs through skill gap analysis, performance reviews, and business requirements.

Build structured learning journeys for employees across departments and levels.

Create and manage annual/monthly training calendars.
2. AI-Driven Learning Initiatives

Develop and deploy AI-powered learning solutions to improve training effectiveness and learner engagement.

Utilize AI tools and platforms for content creation, assessments, personalized learning, and knowledge management.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, learning technologies, and automation trends.

Introduce innovative digital learning methods such as microlearning, AI-based assessments, and self-paced learning modules.
3. Content Development & Training Delivery

Create high-quality training content, SOPs, presentations, modules, and learning resources.

6. Learning Systems & Reporting

Maintain training records, dashboards, feedback reports, and learning analytics.

Measure training success using assessments, feedback, productivity outcomes, and business impact.

Prepare MIS reports and present L&D insights to leadership.

Recommend improvements based on data, learner behavior, and organizational needs.
