Job Summary
We are looking for an Digital Marketing / SEO Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to manage and optimize multiple websites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Content Optimization, and the latest AI Search Optimization techniques. The candidate should be result-oriented, analytical, and capable of improving organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SEO activities for multiple websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Implement On-Page, Off-Page, Local SEO, and Technical SEO strategies.
- Execute backlink-building and authority-building activities.
- Optimize websites for AI Search, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to create SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated with Google Core Updates, AI Search trends, and industry best practices.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and link-building.
- Understanding of E-E-A-T, AI Search Optimization, AEO, and GEO concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of WordPress/CMS platforms and basic HTML.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
