- Handle customer queries on call & WhatsApp
- Assist clients regarding tour packages
- Follow up with leads and bookings
- Maintain professional communication with customers
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and basic English preferred.
- Basic computer & internet knowledge
- Smart and responsible attitude
