Role Overview:
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business and achieving monthly financial targets through doctor referrals, clinic tie-ups, corporate clients, and field marketing for diagnostic, OPD, and dental services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through doctor visits, clinic tie-ups, and referrals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals, and corporates
- Promote lab tests, health packages, OPD, and dental services
- Achieve monthly revenue targets assigned by the management
- Plan and execute field visits and marketing activities
- Track daily visits, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Collect feedback from clients and improve service experience
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports
Financial Targets (Core KPI):
- Monthly revenue target from diagnostics, OPD, and dental
- Number of active doctor/clinic tie-ups generated
- Conversion of leads into paid patients/tests
- Growth in repeat business from existing clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Field sales experience preferred (healthcare is a plus)
- Ability to meet targets and work independently
- Basic reporting skills (Excel/CRM)
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
