Grameen Sahara is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and strengthen our development interventions. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, team leadership experience, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a commitment to community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor project activities
- Lead and mentor program teams
- Manage partnerships and stakeholder relationships, and engage in resource mobilization
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance
- Support strategic planning and program growth
- Track project outcomes and drive impact
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in managing development projects and field teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in reporting, planning, and project management tools
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Qualification: Postgraduate Degree (MSW, MBA, Rural Development, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related disciplines)
