Job Description (JD) – CNC Operator
Position: CNC Operator
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Location: As per company requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Only Tamil-speaking candidates can apply.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain quality standards and production targets.
- Keep the work area clean and follow 5S and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
