|| Production Assistant ||
We are looking to hire an experienced Production Assistant to help us in production department in our Gear manufacturing plant. Looking forward for hard-working and dedicated professionals.
|| Responsibilities ||
– Interact with the customers and solve problems related to customer end.
– Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
– Exposure of turning/broaching/hobbing/shaving/shaping/milling and grinding is preferred.
– Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
– Oversee and coach employees.
– Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
– Check production output according to specifications.
– Submit reports on performance and progress.
– Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
– Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
– Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
|| Requirements ||
– Experience of 2-5 years is preferred
– Diploma/Degree in Mechanical engineering.
– Fresher’s can apply.
– In-depth knowledge of the gear industry
– Familiar with general clerical and administrative tasks
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Strong passion for the industry
– Self-driven and motivated
– Flexible to work long hours and weekends where necessary.
– Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
– Able to stand, walk and move around for long hours at a time.
