Nightingale Nest Music School is looking for a passionate and skilled Western Guitar Teacher to join our growing team. We are dedicated to creating an inspiring and supportive learning environment where students of all ages can develop their musical abilities and love for music.
Responsibilities
- Teach Western guitar lessons to students of different age groups and skill levels
- Prepare lesson plans based on student learning goals
- Teach guitar techniques, chords, rhythm, music theory, and performance skills
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and examinations when applicable
- Encourage a positive and engaging learning experience
- Communicate with parents and staff regarding student development
- Maintain professionalism and contribute to a welcoming music school environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Western Guitar (Acoustic and/or Electric Guitar)
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for music education and working with children and adults
- Ability to teach beginners as well as intermediate/advanced students
- Certification or formal music training is a plus
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
