Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Spoken English Trainer to deliver high-quality English communication training to students, job seekers, and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for improving learners’ spoken English, communication confidence, pronunciation, grammar application, interview readiness, and personality development through interactive training methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills training sessions.
- Deliver training on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and sentence formation.
- Train students in public speaking, group discussions, presentations, and interview communication.
- Use interactive teaching methods including role plays, activities, debates, and real-life conversations.
- Customize training content based on student skill levels.
- Student Development Assess students’ communication levels and identify improvement areas.
- Provide regular feedback and mentoring to students.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Motivate students to improve confidence and communication skills.
- Content & Curriculum Support Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practice materials, and assessments.
- Support curriculum enhancement and training material development.
- Conduct mock interviews and communication practice sessions.
- Classroom & Batch Management Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
- Ensure regular attendance and active participation of students.
- Coordinate batch schedules and training timelines.
- Reporting & Coordination Submit daily/weekly training reports to management.
- Coordinate with placement, operations, and academic teams.
- Support student activities, workshops, and institute events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Communication, or related field.
- Certification in Spoken English / Soft Skills Training is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Spoken English or Soft Skills training preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
