Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cameraman with 2–3 years of experience to manage and operate studio shoots. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and studio workflows, ensuring high-quality video production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate professional video cameras for studio shoots, interviews, and recorded sessions
- Set up and manage lighting, framing, and composition for high-quality visuals
- Collaborate with content teams to execute shoot requirements
- Ensure proper camera settings (focus, exposure, white balance, etc.) for each shoot
- Handle studio equipment setup, audio, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Assist in planning shot sequences and camera angles
- Maintain consistency in visual quality across projects
- Support live or recorded productions within the studio environment
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Cameraman or Videographer
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless)
- Understanding of studio lighting and audio basics
- Familiarity with framing, composition, and storytelling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in studio-based shoots (interviews, webinars, content production, Podcasts)
- Knowledge of multi-camera setups
- Ability to handle live streaming setups
